How OVLG handled the situation?
YT approached to Oak View Law Group on 04-04-2013 and got herself enrolled in the Debt Settlement Program after deciding upon the right remedy for her debt relief, as her client intake manager Van Cliburn explained to her. She started making her monthly payments from 04-19-2013 towards her trust account in order to build up funds to pay off the Credit Card debts.
Ray Smith, her Client Relationship Manager, has been taking care of her file very diligently, Till now we have settled her 1 account out of the 8 that were enrolled. Meanwhile we are in negotiation with her creditors.
