For Oak View Law Group, clients come first. If you are not satisfied with our services and we have not been able to provide you with results, we will refund the fees and the trust account balance. It might take a maximum 30 days to complete the refund process.

If you’re not satisfied with our services, send a fax to 800-637-6854 with the subject name as "Attention Mr. Virendra Kalani" and tell our president why you are unhappy with OVLG services or why do you want to discontinue with our program. If we are not able to provide you assistance and have failed to provide you with settlements, we will refund the fees that we have collected during the program. This will include Monthly Consultancy Fees, and the trust account balance, less any fees for success earned.
