How OVLG handled the situation?
VN contacted OVLG in the month of August, 2011 to settle all his payday loans. His Client Intake Manager was Sara Perez. She explained the entire debt settlement program and answered all his doubts and queries.
Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire debt relief process, VN decided to enroll himself in the program. The file was then transferred to his Case Manager Rebecca Smith in order to deal with his creditors.
Rebecca started working on his accounts in the month of August, 2011, when we received the first payment from the client. We have settled his first account in the month of September, 2011 for 50%.
Finally, the last account was settled in November 2013 for 50% and hence the client became completely debt free.
The client was very happy and satisfied with the work done by Patrick Kelly and OVLG and highly appreciated it.
