How OVLG handled the situation?

VG1 had enrolled in Oak View Law Group's debt settlement program on July 2011. She had a few credit card and online payday loan debts. Due to her sudden job loss, she had fallen behind on all her payments. Moreover, the creditors had been adding additional charges on top of the original loan borrowed. However, her Client Intake Manager was Charles Johnson, who explained to her the entire debt relief process and enrolled her into the program. The file was then assigned to Ronald Gallant in order to negotiate with the creditors and settle the accounts on her behalf.

Ronald Gallant started working on the file after the legal documents (POAs) were sent to all the creditors. Within a month, Roland worked out the 1st settlement with Lane Bryan where he showed a savings of 50%. Her 2nd account was settled with Chase on August 2011 and active negotiations are still going on with the remaining creditors.

Hi my name is ******* I have been with Oak View Law Group for about four months and so far everything has been going great. They have settled two credit card debts and I hope to continue resolving more. My consultant is Ronald Gallant and he has been really great. He has always answered my phone calls in a timely manner, answered all my questions and continues to keep in contact with me in a monthly basis. So I've been over satisfied with Oak View Law Group and I highly recommend it to anybody.

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
