How OVLG handled the situation?
TT was signed up by her Client Intake Manager Van Cliburn on 02/12/2010 and after getting a clear view of the consolidation program she agreed to sign up.
Her file was assigned to Rebecca Smith who thereafter did a good job by following up each month with the client on her payments, NSF, offers and success fee too. Rebecca was to go on leave after which the file was transferred to me and since then I have been in touch with the client and need to, for a few months more as we still part of the success fee to be collected.
She was glad speaking to me which she did explain that she is not able to put in more than the amount she is paying at present and I agreed to it having no option since it is the success fee that we need to wait upon till we clear the amount in full. Thank you very much.
