How OVLG handled the situation?

TPH contacted OVLG to settle her debts in the month of Sept, 2009. Her client intake was Gabriel Rozario. He explained the entire program and answered all her doubts and queries. Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire process she decided to enroll herself in the program. The file was then transferred to her Case Manager Nita Baker in order to deal with his creditors.

Nita started working on the file in the month of October, 2009 when we received the first payment from the client and the legal documentations (POA) were sent to all the creditors. She settled her first two accounts both with Chase in the month of December, 2009 for 40%. The Third account was settled in the month of Feb, 2010 with Bank of America for 20%. The next two accounts were settled in the month if March, 2010 with Bank of America (Card Services) / (Card Corp) for 20% and 36%. The sixth account was settled in the month of Sept, 2010 with Bank of America (First Financial Asset Management) for 45%. We are still negotiating with the rest of the creditors and we have recently settled one more account with Citibank in this month however, the creditor payments will start from 28th October, 2010. Client is moving towards a debt free life.

Hi, I have been working with Oak View Law Group for a year now. I am very satisfied with the way Nita Baker has done her work. She has stopped all phone calls from our creditors and she has helped us tremendously with our debt. Thanks.

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
