How OVLG handled the situation?
TP contacted OVLG in June 2012 to help her out in her unsecured loans. Her Client Intake Manager was Shane Rogers. He explained the entire debt settlement program to her and answered all her doubts and queries. Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire debt relief process, TP decided to enroll herself in the program. Her file was transferred to her Case Manager Roger Sampson in order to deal with her creditors. Roger started working on her accounts as soon as TP made her first payment. Within three months, TP saw her first account get settled. Roger settled the HSBC account for 50% and by April'13, TP managed to get all her listed accounts settled. TP is now debt free and has shared her experience with OVLG.
