How OVLG handled the situation?
TMG contacted Oak View Law Group to get help with her debt problems in the month of February 2009. Finally, on February 16, she got enrolled in our debt relief program after having complete knowledge of the process. Her Case Manager was Sandra Gibson who started working with her creditors in the same month. We sent all the legal documents (POAs) to the creditors after receiving the first payment from the client. Sandra settled her first account with Chase Disney for 35%. The other two accounts were settled in the month of September 2009 with Chase Credit and Chase Sony card both for 42%.
On November 2009, the fourth account was settled with Citi Cards for 61%. Sandra managed to settle the fifth account in the month of December 2009 with Kroger Personal Finance for 42%. The last and final account was settled in August 2010 Chase Card Services for 40%. The last creditor payment is still going on and the client will become debt free very soon.
