How OVLG handled the situation?

TB3 contacted Oak View Law Group in January 2013 to get rid of his Payday loan accounts. After reviewing all his options, TB enrolled in Debt settlement program with 15 accounts with a hope to see himself debt free soon as he was fed up paying high interest rates towards his listed payday loan accounts. Bryan Greenberg helped TB enroll in the program. His file was assigned to Roger Sampson who started working on the file once the first payment was received. Till date, nine of the listed accounts have been settled with a savings of around 65% on the balance. TB is now almost debt free as his major accounts are already been taken care of. He is now left with few small accounts and expects them to get settled soon. This program has been a true relief for TB and he is very happy with the services as he is no more harassed by his creditors.

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
