How OVLG handled the situation?
TB1 is a client of OVLG who joined the program in October 2010. With the guidance of Benjamin Graham, TB1's financial coach, who explained him the entire program TB1 enrolled in the program. The negotiator working on the case file for TB1 was Patrick Kelly and later the case was forwarded to Steve Lewis. Since TB1 was very regular with his payments so it made things pretty easy for Steve as he worked out deals with the three creditors and presently closed out one and making payments on the remaining two.
TB1 can take a sigh of relief as his debt problems will be completed in December 2015 when he is expected to finish off the program. TB1 is very satisfied with the services and would recommend OVLG to anyone in debt.
