How OVLG handled the situation?

SS contacted OVLG to settle all her credit card debts in the month of July 2009. Her Client Intake Manager was Alice Cooper. She explained the entire OVLG debt relief process to her and answered all her doubts and queries. Finally, after knowing the entire procedure she decided to enroll herself in the program. The file was then transferred to her Case Manager Sandra Gibson in order to deal with her creditors.

Sandra started working on her file in August 2009 when we received the first payment from the client. On February 2010, Sandra managed to settle the first account with Capital One for 65%. However, the second and final account was settled on September 2010. OVLG managed to settle all her debts just within 13 months thus making her completely debt free.

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
