How OVLG handled the situation?
SF approached to Oak View Law Group on 07/25/2013 and got herself enrolled in the Debt Settlement Program after deciding upon the right remedy for her debt relief and was explained very well by Vincent Jackson, her client intake manager. She started making her monthly payments with $50 and after that $200 each month from 08-09-2013 towards her trust account in order to build up funds to pay off the payday loans debts.
Matthew Harris, her Relationship Manager, has been taking care of her file very diligently; till now we have settled three of her accounts. In the month of August two accounts got settled, the first one for 27.03% with Gentle Breeze, another settlement was done for 25% with Integrity Payday Loan and a third one for 22% with North Cash.
Till now out of five creditors, Matthew has managed to settle three accounts and by the December the other two accounts are expected to get settled.
