How OVLG handled the situation?

SB1 contacted Oak View Law Group to settle her credit cards in the month of August 2009. Her Client Intake Manager was Phillip Kennedy. He explained to her the entire debt relief program and answered all her doubts and queries. Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire process, she decided to enroll herself in the program.

The file was then transferred to her Case Manager Sandra Gibson in order to deal with the creditors. Sandra settled her first account with SDS Processing in November 2009 for 40%.

Her second account with Cardinal Management LLC was settled in the month of December 2009 for 39%.

Finally, the last account was settled with MyCashNow in February 2010 for 40%, hence making the client debt free in just 6 months.

Hello, I just want to thank Oak View Law Group and Sandra Gibson for assisting me with my case file. Sandra Gibson has been very patient towards assisting me with each case and she has also worked through the settlement cases for each company and I appreciate her helping me and assisting me and being consistent in her work. I just want to say thank you for allowing me to get my life back together and of knowing a valuable lesson about finances and responsibility. It is good to know that companies like you are ready to assist people like me. I would definitely recommend your company to anybody else who is seeking assistance. I once again thank Sandra Gibson and Oak View Law Group for your help. Have a good day.

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
