Client SA2 from CA saved $1,654

SA2 had approached OVLG to resolve a few of her delinquent payday accounts. Vernon Smith, one of our Financial Coaches, explained to her the entire process and the pros and cons of the program. In July 2012, she enrolled herself in the program and her Case Manager Roger Sampson started working on her file. In August, Roger successfully resolved two of her listed payday accounts thus providing her with a savings of 60% on the total outstanding balance. She is still having five more accounts to be settled and we are working hard on those and hope to resolve them in the forthcoming months with some good savings.
