How OVLG handled the situation?
RS contacted OVLG to settle few of her payday loan and credit card accounts. She was assisted by Benjamin Graham, who explained her the process and finally RS decided to get herself enrolled. Roger Sampson, her Case Manager started working on her file once RS made her first payment and successfully settled 13 of her listed accounts giving her an approximate savings of around 60% on the total balance she owed. RS is now left with just one more payday loan account and is hopeful of getting it resolved in the forthcoming months with some good savings.
