How OVLG handled the situation?
RN enrolled in the debt settlement program on May 23rd, 2014. When he called us for first time he had 4 credit cards with a total outstanding balance of $19,920. He was explained the process by one of our experienced financial coach BG who cleared all his doubts regarding the program. RN's files was assigned to Simon Green who started negotiating with his credit card companies and settled the Wells Fargo Account with multiple payment option. It's been 18 months now and Simon is still trying to settle the other cards with the limited funds RN is saving each month. Though we have 3 open creditor accounts to be settled, the client is quite glad since Simon saved him over 4K on one single account.
