RF contacted OVLG in the month of June, 2013 to settle all her payday and storefront loans. Her Client Intake Manager was Robin Nelson. He explained the entire debt settlement program and answered all his doubts and queries.
Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire debt relief process, he decided to enroll herself in the program. The file was then transferred to his Case Manager Matthew Harris in order to deal with his creditors.
Matthew started working on his accounts in the month of June, 2013, when we received the first payment from the client.We settled her first account in the month of July, 2013 for 30% with American Web Loan. We settled another account in the month of October for a payment arrangement with QC Holdings which were on the verge of filing summon, another payment arrangement was made in the month of December with Advance Pay USA.
By the month of December we are about to settle a few more accounts; out of the 6 creditors we have already settled 3 and are in negotiations with two other creditor as well. The client is really happy and satisfied as she was now moving toward a debt free life and seemed confident in the services that she is receiving from OVLG.

The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.
