PP1 contacted OVLG to settle his and his spouse's debts on December 2010. His Client Intake Manager was BG. He explained the entire program to PP1 and answered all his doubts and queries. Finally, after understanding the entire process, he decided to enroll in the program. The file was then transferred to his Case Manager Nita Baker in order to deal with his creditors.
After receiving the first payment on January 2011, Nita started working on his file and sent all the legal documents (POAs) to all the creditors. She settled his first account with Household Bank on January 2011 itself for 50%. The second account was settled in the month of April 2011 with Capital One for 60% and the third account, in the month of August 2011 with Household Bank for 65%. Negotiation with the rest of the creditors is still on and Nita has recently managed to work out a payment arrangement on one of the Capital One accounts. The client is moving towards a debt free life.
