Client PC1 from NY saved $27,830

Pattie Smith, one of our specialized Case Managers, started working on PC1's account in the month of April 2009 and sent all the legal documents (POAs) to the creditors. On June 2009, she settled the first account with Chase for 49%.

Likewise, two more accounts were settled in the month of August 2009 with HSBC and Portfolio recovery associates for 40% and 41%.

The client was really happy and satisfied as he was mow moving toward a debt free life and seemed confident in the services he was receiving.

In October 2009, we manage to settle another two of his accounts with Citibank for 45% and the third Citibank account was settled in the month of November for 47%.

The client was content as within a very short period, we managed to provide him with satisfactory savings. In the same month of November, we settled his Citicard account for 35%. However, for the ease of the client, the payments were made in installments to all the creditors. In December 2009, we settled his Jetblue Amex account for 72% and his Discover account for 80% as the accounts were under litigations. The last creditor payment was made in the month of July 2010 thus making the client debt free in just 16 months.
