PB2 joined the program in March 2013. Robin Nelson was the financial coach for PB2 and assisted her to get enrolled. The case story for PB2 is not normal. After being in the program for a year and a half there was a major setback for PB2. Due to extreme financial crunch, she had to suspend her account in November 2014. However, after sorting out things, she resumed the payments in June 2015. Steve Lewis, the case manager working on PB2's case was in constant touch with PB2 and with her creditors, waiting PB2 to resume the payments. And what better gift it could have been other than getting four of the accounts settled on the day PB2 joined the program.
PB2 is very impressed with OVLG, their customer service and the trust they showed in PB2 by being in constant touch with her creditors even when she was having a hard time to keep up with her payments. PB2 is really satisfied and considers OVLG to be Godsend for her to get her out of her debt problems.

The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.
Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
