PB2 joined the program in March 2013. Robin Nelson was the financial coach for PB2 and assisted her to get enrolled. The case story for PB2 is not normal. After being in the program for a year and a half there was a major setback for PB2. Due to extreme financial crunch, she had to suspend her account in November 2014. However, after sorting out things, she resumed the payments in June 2015. Steve Lewis, the case manager working on PB2's case was in constant touch with PB2 and with her creditors, waiting PB2 to resume the payments.
