How OVLG handled the situation?

PB enrolled in our debt settlement program in the month of May 2010. He got in touch with Van Cliburn and after having an understanding of the entire program, he made his first payment on the same month. The file was then assigned to Rebecca Smith so that she could deal with his creditors.

She settled his two accounts in the month of August 2010 with Bank of America, each for 39% and 40%. The third account was settled in the month of September 2010 with AT&T universal card for 50%. We are still negotiating with the rest of the creditors and working hard to see the client debt free soon.

Hi, my name is ______. Before I joined the Oak View Law, I did a lot of research and found a lot of basis and I went to read the Better Business Bureau review and found OVLG is better than others. So, I decided to join the Oak View Law Group and I started since May, 2010 and we did settle with few creditors. So, thanks to Van Cliburn, who helped me with Oak View Law and also thanks to Rebeka, you have been patient with me. Thank you for helping; I feel lot better since I joined Oak View Law.

  1. * We have changed clients' names to protect their privacy.

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
