How OVLG handled the situation?
With the help of Phillip Kennedy, the financial coach, NS came into this program in August 2015. He came with 4 creditors with online payday loans. Due to unforeseen circumstances, NS could not make his payment in October. His case manager, Steve Lewis, was all set to get an account settled for NS but the non-payment has delayed the progress. NS is now ready to begin afresh from November. Steve Lewis is pretty hopeful of getting an account settled for NS by this month. NS is already satisfied with the services and with the way the threatening calls from his lenders has stopped.
