How OVLG handled the situation?
NP contacted Oak View Law Group to handle one of her credit card accounts. She was assisted by Vincent Jackson, who explained to her the process and finally she got herself enrolled in the program in the month of November 2013. As she joined the program, her file was assigned to her case manager, Kenneth Clark. After receiving the client's first payment in the month of December, 2013 Kenneth started working on her file and after negotiating with her creditor he successfully settled her account within less then four months giving her an approximate savings of around 55% on the total balance.
