How OVLG handled the situation?
NG signed up with Oak View Law Group (OVLG) on July 13, 2012 to resolve his delinquent credit accounts and get relief from the continuous creditor calls that he was facing. Even the client was on the verge of being served with papers by the court for non-payment on his CheckSmart account. However, it was eventually stopped as we instantly worked out a settlement of around 50% of the total outstanding balance and moreover, an easy payment arrangement. The client is very happy with our services so far and whenever he requires any sort of assistance, his client relationship manager resolves his issues and queries.
