How OVLG handled the situation?

MT contacted OVLG in the month of July, 2013 to settle all her payday loans. Her Client Intake Manager was Robin Nelson. He explained the entire debt settlement program and answered all her doubts and queries.

Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire debt relief process, she decided to enroll herself in the program. The file was then transferred to her Case Manager Matthew Harris in order to deal with her creditors.

Matthew started working on her accounts in the month of July, 2013, when we received the first payment from the client. We have settled her first account in the month of August 2013 for 42% and in the same month another settlement was done for 50%.

By the month of August we are on the verge to settle few more accounts and for this client was really happy and satisfied with his Client Relationship Manager Matthew Harris and with his work, and seemed confident in the services she has been receiving.

Harris did a really good job trying to settle my payday loan account and my credit card accounts that I had. They totaled probably around thirteen thousand dollars or more. I'm he settled to from the time that I was in the program, for like around forty percent each of what it actually owed. He was always very responsive to my questions and always got back to me really fast usually within a couple hours and he was always very courteous and polite and always and explain things to me if I needed it. I'm ending up having to get out of the program because I'm going to file for bankruptcy, but he was always very helpful and tried really hard

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
