How OVLG handled the situation?
MT was signed up by her Client Intake Manager Michael Grayson on 05/02/2011 and after having all her doubts cleared; she agreed to sign up with the program.
Her Case Manager was Rebecca Smith who took good care of the file and did a complete follow up regularly. However, since Rebecca was to go on leave, the file was assigned to Simon Green. Since then (Nov 2011), Simon has managed to provide her 5 settlements out of the $300 she contributes each month.
OVLG still have payments being made to 2 creditors, of which the payment to one creditor will continue till May 2012, whereas the other, till Dec 2012.
