How OVLG handled the situation?

MS contacted OVLG in the month of December, 2012 to settle all her payday loans and medical bills. Her Client Intake Manager was Austin Butler. He explained the entire debt settlement program and answered all her doubts and queries.

Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire debt relief process, she decided to enroll herself in the program. The file was then transferred to her Case Manager Neil Anderson in order to deal with her creditors.

Neil started working on her accounts in the month of January, 2013, when we received the first payment from the client. Since for few initial months the client had discontinued her monthly payments, we could settle her first account in the month of April, 2013 for 40%.

Neil has also settled a few more accounts for her with settlement offers lower than 50%. Right now four of her accounts are paid and closed and she is accumulating more funds in her trust account so that we can work on the other files as well.

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
