How OVLG handled the situation?

MS contacted OVLG in the month of Feb, 2013 to settle all his on line payday loans. His Client Intake Manager was Craig Morgan. He explained the entire debt settlement program and answered all his doubts and queries.

Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire debt relief process, he decided to enroll himself in the program. The file was then transferred to his Case Manager Matthew Harris in order to deal with his creditors.

Matthew started working on his accounts in the month of March 2013, when we received the first payment from the client. We have settled his first account in the month of May, 2013 for 28.20% with Cash Yes and also in August we settled VIP Loan Shop for 28.57%. In the month of June another settlement was done for 29.85% with Riverbend 500. In the month of September we managed to settle 2 more creditor accounts with Safe Loans and US Fast Cash for 45% and 26% respectively. In the month of November we were in negotiation with 2 more creditors.

By the end of November we are on the verge to settle a few more accounts: out of 8 creditors we have already settled 5 creditors and are in negotiations with 2 more creditors and the client was really happy and satisfied as he was now moving towards a debt free life and seemed confident in the services he was receiving.

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
