How OVLG handled the situation?
MR has been a client of OVLG since March of 2013. His Client Intake Manager was Adam Augustine who explained the entire debt settlement program and answered all his doubts and queries for the consolidation of his single credit card debt.
Finally, with complete knowledge on Debt Consolidation & Settlement, MR decided to enroll himself in the program. The file was then transferred to his Case Manager Anthony Robbins in order to deal with his creditors.
The negotiations had begun with his single creditor after he made the initial payment towards the consolidation and after 14 months of tiresome negotiations, his account was finally settled for a considerably low percentage of 50%.
