How OVLG handled the situation?

MR1 approached Oak View Law Group in April 2012 and got himself enrolled with 6 accounts in the Debt Settlement Program after deciding upon the right remedy for his due debt burden of more than $10,000, as his client intake manager Craig Morgan explained the structure of the program. He started making his monthly payments towards his trust account in order to build up funds to pay off the payday loans and credit cards.

Initially, Roger was the one who was working on his account and helped him to settle all his accounts with good savings within June 2013.

The client approached OVLG once again back in January'2017 and then the file was assigned to Steve Lewis and he became his new Client Relationship Manager for a new set of creditors. The client was very impressed with Steve's work and with his approach to keep him always updated about the work going on his file. Till now OVLG has settled a total of 13 accounts & almost 75% of his accounts are settled with some very good savings.

MR1 is very close down towards a debt free life. He is confident about the services he has been receiving so he has shared his experience over a video testimonial.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
