How OVLG handled the situation?
MJ was signed up by her Client Intake Manager Van Cliburn on 07/01/2012 and Rebecca was her case manager from the beginning. Later, the file was transferred to Simon Green. Simon settled with the three creditors she added in the program. Mindy was very happy with the way we managed her case and she had given us the testimonial upon completion of the program within 16 months.
