How OVLG handled the situation?

MC1 contacted OVLG to get relief from her debts in the month of November 2009. Her Client Intake Manager was Peter Simon. He explained the entire debt relief program to her and answered all her doubts and queries. Finally, with complete knowledge of the process, she decided to enroll herself in the program. The file was then transferred to her Case Manager Pricilla Robinson in order to deal with her creditors.

Pricilla started working on her file in the month of September 2009 and sent all the legal documents (POAs) to the creditors. She settled her first account on December 2009 with Kohls for 80%. She settled the other two accounts in the month of January 2010 with HSBC for 45% and 40%.

The 4th account was settled on April 2010 with Macys for 50%. Priscilla settled the last and final account in the month of July 2010 with BB&T for 80% and the payments are still going on. We are negotiating with the rest of the creditors and hoping that the client will become debt free within a short period.

My name is ______. This testimonial is to give thanks to the most caring and wonderful people for helping me to get back to my good night sleep, after friends like Simon and Robinson took charge of my nightmares, and helped me to pay off four of my seven creditors. I need to thank the Oak View and their staff that you all have been the greatest people that I have ever come around. So, one more time I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart .
Thankyou again for your patience, your caring, you all are really my hero!!

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
