LG1 enrolled with credit card debt of around $10,000 in June of 2012. Austin Butler, the financial coach, listened to the hardship LG1 had and the problems being faced while paying this debt off. Since Bankruptcy was not advisable for her, the only option left was Debt Settlement to clear this mess. Austin explained the Debt settlement program to LG1 in detail and LG1 enrolled in June of 2012. In six months’ time, almost 50% of LG1's debt had been knocked off.
