How OVLG handled the situation?

Pattie Smith started working on LDS' account in the month of December 2008 when we received the first payment from the client and sent all legal documentations (POAs) to all the creditors. Pattie settled the first two of his accounts in April 2009 with Bank of America and FIA both for 40%.

She settled another account in the month of September 2009 with Citifinancial for 50%. LDS was very happy with the savings that we were providing to him.

In the month of November 2009, Pattie settled his HSBC account just for 25%, providing him with a savings of 75% on the HSBC card. With the starting of a new year, we settled another account of LDS just for 56%.

Lastly, we settled his Home Depot account with Citicards for 30% in the month of March 2010. The last creditor payment was made on 24th March 2010 and hence, making the client completely debt free in just 17 months.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
