How OVLG handled the situation?

KW1 was in debt with some Payday loans and unable to cope with the huge monthly payments towards the creditor. She tried her best to reply her debt but failed. KW1 found Oak View Law Group online and thought of giving a try to get her debts resolved. She called OVLG and spoke with Robin Nelson. Robin explained her about the process and got her enrolled into the program. Her file got transferred to Harry Miller. Mr. Miller started working with her creditors immediately and within a very short time, he manage to settle her 5 creditors. KW1 was happy with the performance but due to her sudden change in income, had to suspend the program for a while without settling all listed accounts. However, she always remember the help she got from OVLG and Harry Miller. Once her financial situation was good enough to payback the creditors, she decided to start the program again. Mr. Miller has already started the negotiations with the listed creditors and is confident that he can again settle the remaining accounts within a year.

KW1 is very happy that she decided to chose OVLG who not only settled the accounts but was equally flexible in reducing the payments and even suspending the payments while KW1 recovered from the financial set back. With the support given by OVLG, KW1 has decided to give a feedback of performance of Mr.Miller through a video testimonial.
