How OVLG handled the situation?

KT contacted OVLG to settle her debt in November 2013. Shane Rogers was the client intake manager. He briefed KT about the program and her case was assigned to Sean Lewis for negotiations and settlement.

Out of the 8 accounts listed, three accounts are already paid and closed and negotiations going on the remaining accounts. KT receives updates on a regular basis and is very satisfied with the way this program is shaping up for her.
