How OVLG handled the situation?

KP1 was signed up by her Client Intake Manager Sara Perez on 01/16/2012 and after getting a clear view of the consolidation program she agreed to sign up.

Her file was assigned to me after which I Immediately begun work on it, I got in touch with her to explain her the program as she was under the impression that she still needs to be making payments to her creditor's which I advised her to stop immediately saving her quite a lot of cash which is the base point of her satisfaction.

Though she was being weighed down by how much she will be owing the government for the 1099-c forms that she'd need to file because she was also to receive her tax returns but is glad having the creditor's off her back as per the progress of settlements and anyhow just wants to be out of debt at the earliest, she has received two settlements in these 2 months by just making 2 payments with no NSF on file.

Hi, my name is ********** and I just wanted to say that I am with Oak View Law Group for about a month now and my case for Simon Green is amazing. He has settled two of my accounts, one for 45 percent and one for 50 percent which is really good for me because I've been struggling right now and Simon is always there to answer any of my questions that I have. He e-mails me back as soon as I e-mail him. If I need to have a talk with him through the phone, he calls me back as soon as he gets my message. It has been a very good experience working with Oak View and I would recommend them to anybody.

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
