How OVLG handled the situation?
KH contacted OVLG to settle his credit card debts in the month of July 2009. His Financial Coach was Vincent Smith who explained the entire debt solution program to him and answered all his doubts and queries. At last, with complete knowledge of the entire process he decided to enroll himself in the program. The file was then transferred to his Case Manager Sandra Gibson in order to deal with his creditors.
Sandra started working on the file on August 2009 when we received the first payment from the client. Sandra managed to settle his very first account in the month of January 2010 with Chase for 33%. The second account was settled on July 2010 with Wells Fargo Card Services for 45%. Hence, the client became completely debt free in just 13 months.
