How OVLG handled the situation?
JR approached Oak View Law Group on 03/18/2013 and got himself enrolled in the Debt Settlement Program after deciding upon the right remedy for his debt relief, as his client intake manager Austin Butler explained to him. He started making his monthly payments from April, 2013 towards his trust account in order to build up funds to pay off the Credit Card debts and the Medical Bills.
Ray Smith, his Client Relationship Manager, has been taking care of his file very diligently, He was receiving harassing calls from the creditors. However, as soon as he enrolled in the program, the calls cease.
In the very first month of him being in the program, not only did the calls stop but also one of his creditors with an outstanding balance of almost 30% of his total debt amount was settled. He is a very satisfied client as of now and has full faith that he will get rid of his debts very soon.
