How OVLG handled the situation?
On May 19, 2012, JL enrolled in OVLG's debt settlement program after seeing no hope to settle his debts on his own. After getting enrolled by one of the client intake managers of OVLG, his files were immediately transferred to Roland Gallant, one of the client relationship managers, who settled his Cash Line account just within the first month of enrolment. Soon, two other accounts were settled at good percentages, with one account being settled at 40% of the outstanding balance. The client is very satisfied with our services so far and we hope to make him debt free as soon as possible.
