How OVLG handled the situation?
JF has given a very nice feedback through video and explained how this program helped him to manage his creditors and to handle them beautifully by negotiation and getting them settle. Charles Johnson, his financial coach helped him understand this program before he joined.
JF joined the program in March,2014 and Tracy Nelson, his client relationship manager, started negotiating as soon as JF made his first payment. Tracy worked out the first settlement within 30 days of JF joining the program. JF just had to pay 26% of the amount he owed to the creditor to get the settlement done. JF has his file in good progress and expects to have few more accounts settled in next few weeks.
