Client JC2 from AZ saved $1,560

JC2 signed up for debt settlement program on 01/13/2011 and now he has been with us for almost 2 years. Shirley Smith was his first client relationship manager. later his file was transferred to Simon who settled with 5 creditors out of the 6 creditors enrolled. Jordan is very happy with the progress of the case.

Shirley was his case manager from the very on start till the file was transferred over to me as Shirley had resigned and I took good care of the file and also did a complete follow up regularly each month apart from consultancy calls. Till currently, I managed to settle all 5 accounts out of the 6 accounts that he had, out of the small amounts that he contributed each month and also collected all due fees as required.

He called in and asked for the 6th account to be marked as "Self Representation" leaving us with no open files. As of now he has had not a single NSF payment and has also been a wonderful client from the beginning.
