HB contacted OVLG in the month of June, 2013 to settle all his online and storefront payday loans. His Client Intake Manager was Shane Rogers. He explained the entire debt settlement program and answered all his doubts and queries.
Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire debt relief process, he decided to enroll himself in the program. The file was then transferred to his Case Manager, Matthew Harris in order to deal with his creditors.

By the month of October we are on the verge to settle few more accounts. Out of 11 creditors we have already settled 4 within 4 months and in negotiations with 3 more creditors, and for this client was really happy and satisfied as he was now moving towards a debt free life and seemed confident in the services he was receiving.
