GJ1 contacted OVLG in the month of October of 2015 to settle his payday loans. His Client Intake Manager was Ron Clark, who explained the entire debt settlement program and answered all his doubts and queries.
Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire debt relief process, he decided to enroll himself in the program. The file was then transferred to his Case Manager Steve Lewis in order to deal with his creditors.
Steve started working on his accounts in the month of October, when we received the first payment from GJ1.
Within 17 days of enrolling in the program, OVLG has successfully put a stop on all the harassing phone calls and collection attempts and arrangements to secure deals have already begun with one account out of the four listed has already been settled.
