How OVLG handled the situation?
EW1 contacted OVLG to settle all her credit card debts in August 2009. Her Client Intake Manager was Phillip Kennedy. He explained the entire process to her and answered all her doubts and queries. Finally, with complete knowledge of the entire process she decided to enroll herself in the program.
The file was then transferred to her Case Manager Pattie Smith in order to deal with her creditors. We settled her first account with Cash Central in December 2009 for 48%.
In the month of February, we settled her second account with Cash Net USA for 50%.
The third account was settled in March 2010 for 100%. Finally, the last account with Integrity Advance was settled in the month of April 2010 for 48%. Hence, the client's 4 accounts were settled within just 8 months and she became completely debt free.
