How OVLG handled the situation?

ED approached Oak View Law Group on 12/28/2012 and got himself enrolled in the Debt Settlement Program after deciding upon the right remedy for his debt relief, as his client intake manager Phillip Kennedy explained to him. He started making his monthly payments from 01-11-2013 towards his trust account in order to build up funds to pay off his Payday Loans and credit cards.

Neil Anderson, his Client Relationship Manager, has been taking care of his file very diligently; till now we have settled 4 of his accounts out of the 11 that he had enrolled.

He is happy to be in this program and is planning to come up with some extra funds to close a few of his remaining accounts.

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
