How OVLG handled the situation?

DD was heavily buried in debt and badly in need of help. She got enrolled with Oak View Law Group on September 21, 2011. As soon as she accumulated enough funds in her trust account, we resolved her Get Cash USA account. By April 2012, we have already managed to resolve her $3,243 of debt for just $1,480. She had enrolled 12 creditors in the program and by now, we have already resolved five of them with an average settlement rate of 46%, thus providing her with a cumulative savings of $1,740. There are another seven accounts left for us to be resolved and we hope to come up with good results on her behalf very soon.

Hello! My name is *********. I am a client of Oak View Law Firm, I'm currently working with Sebastian Garcia, and I want to provide some feedback. He is doing an awesome job for me. He is very professional; he is timely in his responses; he doesn't make me feel like an idiot. A very helpful, he jumps on issues right away and he is very courteous. Oak View has done a lot for me and if anybody works with this firm, I guarantee that it's not like other firms. They are really helping you; they don't make me feel bad about anything. So I want to thank Oak View Law firm for everything they did for me but more importantly, thank you Sebastian. You are an awesome person to work with. I sincerely appreciate it. Take care!

  2. The aforementioned are only a few examples of the various cases we deal with. After deducting the settlement fees, these show how much we saved from each creditor.

  3. Please note that the settled amount is neither consistent nor predictable, and it depends on the creditors.
