How OVLG handled the situation?
DC2 contacted Oak View Law Group to get relief from her debts on June 2013. Van Cliburn, her Client Intake Manager explained the entire program and after having all of her doubts cleared, she agreed to sign up with the program.
Kenneth Clark was assigned as her Case Manager in order to take care her debts. Since then, we have already settled 2 of her accounts out of the 3 listed accounts that she enrolled in the program. DC2 is pleased with the settlements, as she had to pay only 37.90% to one of her creditor and 57.38% to the other one, of the balance to get these accounts settled. DC2 is very much happy with consistent process of negotiation and the quick responses from Kenneth whenever she has a query. She has also added that this program has turned out to be really fruitful as she will finish up with the program very soon.
