DB3 is a fine example of customer satisfaction from OVLG. She came into the program in February 2012 when she was being harassed by her creditors for payments. Adam Augustine, the financial coach for DB3, explained her the entire program and helped her to enroll. Her case was assigned to Mr. Mark Kelly who got some of the accounts, he was expertise in, settled within next few months. Looking at the remaining creditors, her file was then assigned to Steve Lewis, who was specialized in dealing with the payday loan companies that were remaining.
