How OVLG handled the situation?
CM enrolled in the debt settlement program last year and is very satisfied with the way her account has been handled. Craig Morgan was the financial coach who helped the client understand the process. Her account was assigned to Pierson Silver, who really did a good job in managing her creditors. CM hardly receives any creditor calls now and has already got one third of her debt settled. She saved as much as 70% of the balance and had to pay just 30% of the outstanding balance to get one of her debts settled.
